The week of Dec 19th

Well, lets get down to business.....
Monday started as all Monday's start for me an early rise, some breakfast, coffee and start hitting the jobs websites. It seems that most of the positions out there have not changed yet must be the time of year. Comp and Bonuses plus Budgeting for the next year. Hiring unless a desperate position is needed to be filled is on the back burner. Then what do you do after combing through the websites of Executive Recruiters, Investment Banks, and other guides to bring me up to speed on the market and trends I am ready to have lunch and I start off with a nice Caesar Salad that I pick up at O'Briens in China Square, the salad is done well for me and it is good healthy way to start off the week.
Then by 4pm I am in the gym exercising but a problem occurs during the training I get a low blood sugar during my cardio part of the training on the treadmill. Ok, I know what to do as it has happened before and must leave the gym and eat. I still got an hours training session in even though was looking to do 2 hours. But all is good it seems I took too much insulin during the day and not enough carbs but that is ok I will adjust the insulin to offset the lack of carbs.
The rest of the day is just rest for the next day this week I am trying to keep up the healthy lifestyle that I need !!!!!
Everything was status quo on Tuesday, then Wednesday showed up and all went well. I will update Wednesday and Thursday tomorrow as Wednesday became an interesting evening !!! Stay tuned.............................

Saturday.....

So, I wake up to find out that there is something called Zouk Out on Sentosa Island, this goes from 8pm to 8am. An all night Festival of DJ's playing all kinds of music that they play. The lineup is a who's who of DJ's. What do I do, I have a Christmas Party to attend with all my new mates out here in Singapore.
Chrismas Party is a blast all the guys are in great spirits, we had some challenges between us watching the Video Screen on Football and Horse Racing which made it competitive and fun. Drinks and Food were all good. I then moved on to Sentosa and Zouk Out....................... Long Queues to get in, but once you are in it is filled with excitement and movement all good. I lost all the friends that were supposed to meet up with but that is how it goes when you are at a party with 23,000 people. I finally did meet up with some of them, but the one friend I wanted to see just could not find the time to meet me oh well this is life and probably party madness. I ended the day at 6:30am up for 24 hours two parties and a lot fun... Rock on This week Hope all are enjoying there day.......

Wow it's Friday and this is my first ever blog.....
Things to think about today are many, I decided to Detox this week as the past few weeks I have been going to the excesses that brought a very unhealthy lifestyle for many years. This week so far has been successful to curtail the poisons that enter the bloodstream lol.
I recieved some very sad news that a Friend that I considered a Brother has passed on today and it is a deep hurt very deep hurt and he had the Spirit of Life that most strive for. Good Luck in the afterlife my Friend you will always be a brother to me forever !! I will update later as many things to do today. I love Singapore and have met so many great people with all kinds of stories and events this life is good and I will always have "The Effervescence of Life" in me FOREVER !!!!
